Our Molding Machines range from 12 Ton to 170 Ton with a shot size capacity of 7 grams (.250 ounces) to 400 grams (14 ounces). We specialize in smaller parts with tighter tolerancing.

Our flexibility allows us to meet your needs whether it’s just a few parts, or high volume production.

We have the capability to add threaded inserts, electrical contacts, rods, bolts, light pipes, filters, and a variety of other items during the molding process. The result is a single part with the insert encapsulated by the plastic. Insert molding gives added strength and increased visual characteristics to the finished product.

Similar to insert molding, but the inserted parts can be electrical cables, sensors, and circuit boards. We can overmold connectors, giving you a one piece look with the body and strain relief adding strength and flex life to your cable assembly. We encapsulate small circuit boards and sensors offering a water tight performance in hostile conditions.

Is it really cheaper to assembly everything in China? We think if you add up all the costs; assembly, shipping, inventory in the shipping pipeline, communication errors, trips to China to fix the communication errors, quality, and theft of intellectual properties, you may find it’s worth looking into made in USA.

We have an extremely flexible assembly area that allows us to compete on low and medium volume production runs. We have the in house ability to design simple to automated fixturing to meet your specific requirements.

Our Assembly areas are equipped for Hand and Reflow Soldering, Spot Welding of metal components, Drilling, Milling, and Pressing. We can work with your Engineers to create a Test Station tailored to your Product.
