Our Molding Machines range from 12 Ton to 150
Ton with a shot size capacity of 7 grams (.250 ounces) to 400
grams (14 ounces). We are manufacturing parts that weigh
less than .015 grams and holding tolerancing of +/-.0005".
The majority of parts we manufacture are in
the range of .1 gram to about 15 grams. The typical tolerance
our
Customers expect is +/-.005". We manufacture for the
electronic, medical, and automotive industries along with retail
products.
