Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

• Aclaryn is capable of performing a PPAP as requested by our customers.

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

• SPC software allows us to identify variations in our processes. The result of this is less defects and better on time delivery.
• Upon request, SPC data can be sent to our customers electronically.

Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)

• We understand the importance of preventing failures before they occur. With FMEA, we can minimize the risk of failure modes by identifying the root causes of failures, eliminating the occurrences to reduce the impact of defects.

Process Capability Studies

• Aclaryn is capable of providing our customers with process capability studies. Process capability studies insure that our processes are capable of meeting the customer specified tolerances.

Environmental directives are being instituted throughout the world to reduce the harmful effect to our Planet from substances found in everyday products.

Aclaryn Plastics is committed to identifying, maintaining, and using only materials that are in compliance with the new laws.

The most noticeable directive is the RoHS (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances).  The RoHS legislation restricts the use of certain hazardous substances to levels of less than 100-1000 ppm in electronic products.  The RoHS and equivalent directive prohibit use of the following substances in products placed into the market Effective July 1, 2006.  

• Lead
• Mercury
• Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
• Hexavalent Chromium
• Cadmium
• Polybrominated Diphenylethers (PBDE)

To many of our customers, these directives do not matter at this time. In order to serve and protect our customer’s interests, we strive to research and identify 100% of our products to guarantee they are RoHS compliant.
